Architectural Standards
• Natural building materials only, no vinyl or aluminum, Hardi Plank OK
• Square footage minimums – ranch 2,400 sq ft, 2 story 2,800 sq ft.
• All plans to be approved by the architectural control committee (ACC)
• Roofs to be dimensional shingle, cedar shake, tile or slate.
• Chimneys to be full masonry or masonry veneer on exterior chase
• No front entry garages, only side entrance.
